Suggested Use
On Training Days as a dietary supplement, take NitroMine® in one of two strategies: either in between meals as a source of rapid nitrogen support (RNS) and/or 1 to 2 servings immediately post workout on an empty stomach (Preferred). On Non-Training Days, consumption is optional but can be taken between meals as a source of rapid nitrogen support.
NOTE
The greatest impact of NitroMine® is experienced when consumed at a dose of 10 tablets immediately post workout. Hence, it’s suggested to replace non-training dose(s) with increased consumption prior to and post training.
