All product returns must be pre-approved and a proper RA # (Return Authorization #) must be obtained prior to returning any item. Those items returned without;

     1. A duly issued RA # WILL BE REFUSED
     2. *Any item submitted without completing Form PR33 (Product Return Form)
           WILL BE REFUSED

Double-T™ Sports WILL NOT accept returns submitted 35 days after order is placed. All merchandise being returned is done at the customer’s expense. Upon investigation of any properly returned item which should include;

     1. A duly issued RA #
     2. Completed Product Return Form PR33 (Obtained Online or emailed)
     3. Remainder of Item/s being returned

Double-T™ Sports WILL promptly issue a credit to the card used in the purchase of that item. Credits WILL be issued only for the item being replaced and not cost of freight.

In the unlikely but possible event that you receive either an incorrect or damaged item please contact Double-T™ Sports within 24 hours between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time by phone at 888.366.1192 or by email at info@double-tsports.com. DO NOT DISPOSE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT OR PACKAGING MATERIALS as they may be necessary in order to properly process a replacement. It is our policy to verify damage or error and expedite a suitable replacement.

All US orders are shipped within the 50 States via UPS or USPS. Orders received by 1:30 PM Eastern Time (excluding Saturday/Sunday) will go out from our Florida warehouse the same day otherwise it will go out the next business day. All orders are sent via regular ground service unless otherwise specified. Accurate shipping information including name, address and phone number is required. Signature may be required as a condition of delivery. UPS WILL NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes.
